Job Title: Hairstylist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at Alpha Two Hair Innovations Ltd. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, and coloring hair.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze hair and scalp condition to determine the best course of treatment
  • Cut and style hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Provide hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Urban area work setting
  • On-site customer service
  • Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Standing for extended periods
