About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing nursing care and support to individuals with diverse abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized program plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to promote the health, well-being, and autonomy of our clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of medication administration and monitoring client health and safety.
- CURRENT registration with the BCCNM or EMALB as an RN or LPN.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or recent graduation from a nursing program with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Experience working with youth with significant substance use/addiction & mental health challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to make clinical judgments based on current nursing standards.
