We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Live Well Health Care Giver. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meal trays, and assist with feeding patients
- Provide physical support, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
- Administer first aid in emergency situations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
As a Personal Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including home care and visiting care agencies, and various locations. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
