Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement in grocery stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement in grocery stores
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective merchandising execution
• Conduct in-store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
