Food Service Worker II

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Worker II. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Restock and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
