About the Role

CMHC - SCHL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large, complex projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with CMHC - SCHL's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
