E-learning Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-learning Developer to create high-quality e-learning modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles and be able to effectively leverage technology to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop new and existing eLearning content.
  2. Design and develop interactive and accessible learning materials, including e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  3. Develop SCORM-compliant courses and integrate them into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through user feedback, performance data, and analytics.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-learning design and educational technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in e-learning design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in e-learning development or educational technology.
  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Vyond.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia production tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
