Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the establishment and coordination of our major departments and senior staff positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and be able to formulate and approve policies and programs that drive our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our strategic goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Work Environment

The Operations Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Personal Qualities
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is crucial.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
