- Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and project proposals.
- Review and ensure engineering designs and specifications meet standards.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor project performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or P.Eng designation (Canada).
- 7+ years in railway infrastructure and project management.
- Knowledge of AREMA, Transport Canada, and CCDC standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel across North America.
