About the Job

Hopper is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to improve our product pricing and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and deploy pricing models using modern technologies and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to power our decision-making processes.
  • Measure business performance by identifying and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating reporting frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems with in-depth understanding of data, product, and business impact.
  • High attention to detail and ability to create scalable data solutions.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking competencies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and performance to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization to convey model behavior and business insights.
  • Fluency in using SQL for data creation, maintenance, and analysis.
  • High proficiency in Python, machine learning workflows, and ETL pipeline exposure.
