Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at J Can Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, demolition, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and excavators to move materials and equipment
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Demolish buildings and structures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition
  • Remove rubble and debris from job sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

As a Construction Worker, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
