Child Care Assistant

Mrs. Marcil is seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide education and care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children.
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games and outings, to promote children's physical and mental well-being.
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, parents, and other caregivers.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
The Child Care Provider will work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is not a condition of employment.
Language:English or French.
Hours:40 hours per week.
