Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Network and System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to their technical queries and concerns.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support teams to ensure seamless technical support services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: ITIL certification an asset.
