Job Title: Manager, IT Solutions Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Manager, IT Solutions Delivery to join our team and lead our close-knit group of professionals. As a key member of our iA Auto-Dealer Services sector, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation by delivering new solutions and providing IT advisory services to help us meet our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the delivery of strategic solutions and services to four business units of Dealer Services units (iA Auto Finance, Lubrico, and Dealer Services).
  • Anticipate issues, develop, and implement innovative solutions in line with iA objectives.
  • Responsible for setting the mission, vision, and strategic plan for the sector and ensuring that all projects have all the necessary resources for successful execution.
  • Provide Business Partners with overall planning, monitoring, and strategizing the direction of the proposed solutions and services and develop new strategies to improve the product or process.
  • Coach and develop technical team members to foster an environment of high engagement and high performance.
  • Manage employees and contractors as well as their workload and priorities.
  • Participate and recommend the implementation of innovative solutions utilizing AI.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, combining experience in management and IT.
  • Expertise and knowledge of tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (Software development cycle, DevOps, Agile SAFe, and Lean Methodologies, etc).
  • Experience leading, developing, and coaching a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Passionate about building and maintaining good relationships.
  • Advanced French (spoken and written).
  • Advanced level of English as the person will be in charge of managing a unilingual English-speaking team based in Toronto and Vancouver on a daily basis.
