Electrical Product Safety Inspector

QAI Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Product Safety Inspector to join our team. As an Electrical Product Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical products with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical products to ensure compliance with CSA and NFPA standards
  • Identify and report any non-compliance issues or safety hazards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical product testing and inspection
  • Knowledge of CSA and NFPA standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
