Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Driving Instructor to join our team at Canadian Drivers College. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching individuals the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain a driver's license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Demonstrate and explain the handling and mechanical operation of motor vehicles, instruct individuals on proper motor vehicle driving skills and traffic regulations, and supervise individuals during practice driving.
  • License and Certification: Ensure that all students have a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles) and have completed the necessary background checks.
  • Student Support: Provide accurate and reliable information to students, and ensure that they have a positive learning experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Work Hours: 20 to 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
