Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

This role involves providing high-quality, client-centred care to individuals requiring complex care and specialized nursing skills. As a Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and making care plans, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor clients' physical and emotional needs
  • Makes care planning and coordination decisions
  • Evaluate care plan interventions through ongoing reassessment and evaluation results
Requirements:
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized university or college
  • A valid First Aid or CPR Certification
  • Experience in acute care and medical-surgical nursing, preferably in community nursing
