Job Summary:

The Logistics Support Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with administrative and basic logistics activities. This role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and works closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless sample receipt and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter samples into the Laboratory Information Management System in a timely manner.
  • Document and report any sample integrity issues.
  • Process incoming non-sample deliveries efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • No prior logistics experience required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
