Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
