The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, assisting skilled tradespersons, and performing laboring tasks in an outdoor construction environment.
  • Work Environment: Our work sites can be dusty and require working outdoors.
  • Work Setting: You will work at various locations across the country.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Load, unload and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades as required.
    • Assist skilled tradespersons in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants promptly.
    • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites when necessary.
    • Perform other laboring and elemental activities as directed by supervisors.
    • Provide support to skilled tradespersons as needed.
  • Working Conditions: This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek.
Salary: $25-$30 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime pay. The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000.
