Job Title: Industrial Epoxy Floor Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. You will be required to travel to various locations for job sites.

The successful candidate will have excellent judgment, be organized, and possess strong hand-eye coordination. They will also need to be able to distinguish between colours and handle heavy loads while working in dusty environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with epoxy flooring
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Prepare floors for installation by removing existing coverings and contaminants
  • Remove damaged floor coverings and repair them as needed
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job for experience
  • Steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, and a mask are essential tools for this position
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
