Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology, telecommunications, and sales.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
