Role Overview

This role spans Surgical Daycare, Operating Rooms (OR), and the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at both St. Paul's Hospital and Mount St. Joseph Hospital, offering a unique opportunity to lead and shape clinical practices across perioperative settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotes excellence in nursing practice by providing expert care and evaluating nursing practice with select patient groups.
  • Acts as a role model for professional practice, integrating clinical practice, consultation, collaboration, leadership, education, and research.
  • Collaborates with healthcare disciplines to develop effective patient care programs within the hospital and community.
