The role of a Truck Operations Manager at ALBERTA LTD is to oversee the daily operations of truck drivers. This position requires effective communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to train and coordinate team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for necessary training to ensure employees have the required skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including repair and maintenance schedules, to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for everyone.
  • Promotions and Terminations: Make recommendations regarding personnel actions, such as promotions or terminations, based on employee performance and company needs.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, requiring proficiency in English. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
