We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Executive Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Branch Executive Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Achieving strong financial performance by identifying and developing effective business development strategies and behaviors

• Developing and coaching a high-performing team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Managing the performance of your team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to support their growth and development

• Mobilizing your team to deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring that all interactions are personalized, responsive, and meet the needs of our customers

• Ensuring that your team members adhere to established rules of engagement, including customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures

• Acting as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (AUMR) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (SCRs)

• Building a strong relationship with our customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention

• Optimizing service quality to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential

Your Team

Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of five years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team, or in business development in the financial field

• A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, or a Master's degree and five years of experience

• Certification as a mutual fund representative (REC)

• The ability to become responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) within three to six months of hiring
