About the Role:


The Corporate Sales Strategist will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients to ensure retention of current business and drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing client relationship management, solutions selling, developing and presenting proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of Encore's services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Business Development
  • Selling creative solutions to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of ongoing opportunities and leads
  • Mining existing customers for other opportunities and revenue
  • Partnering with clients to understand their event goals
  • Developing and proposing solutions that achieve client goals
  • Qualifying leads from various sources
  • Engaging team members across sales, marketing, project management, and leadership
  • Establishing solid relationships and trust with existing clientele

Client Management:



  • Operating as a key point of contact for any matters specific to your customers
  • Building and fostering outstanding customer loyalty
  • Enhancing customer ties by defining opportunities and introducing additional products and services
  • Understanding and documenting customer business strategies, priorities, and goals
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Project Oversight:



  • Engaging with production/operations for technical assistance and design
  • Providing routine quality control oversight of the project
  • Ensuring client expectations for budget management and creative services solutions are being met

Requirements:



  • Technical College or University Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience within the events industry and/or audio-visual fields is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle
  • Estimated travel between 40% - 60%
  • $65,000-$85,000 per annum (salary estimate based on location and industry standards)

Work Environment:


This role requires working in an office environment with occasional travel to meet clients. A valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle are required due to estimated travel requirements.
