Job Description
The Seasonal Sales and Customer Service Position is a dynamic role that requires a high level of customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support and customer service to clients in person or over the phone.
- Assist with the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products as assigned.
- Manage eCommerce customer requests to ensure eCommerce service levels and KPIs are maintained.

Requirements
- Working towards or completed a Grade 12 diploma with 0 - 2 years of related experience.
- Cash handling, computer proficiency, and previous customer service experience an asset.
- Agriculture/AgriBusiness or petroleum background, interest, and aptitude.
- Entry-level product knowledge.
- Capable of physical labor; capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
