About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, adhering to inventory management best practices.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, contributing to a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare vegetables and fruit for use in our kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we provide on-the-job training.
- Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential skills for this position.
- You must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
This is a permanent, 35-hour-per-week opportunity with a competitive salary of $40,000 per year.
