Job Description
  • Master Site Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive master site plans for large-scale residential properties, working closely with the architecture team to ensure seamless integration of the site layout with the overall building design.
  • Custom Residential Landscape Design: Design functional, beautiful, and sustainable custom landscapes, including hardscapes, softscapes, water features, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Project Management: Manage landscape projects through all phases, including pre-planning, conceptual design, construction documentation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analyses to understand the unique character of each property and identify opportunities for innovative landscape design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure clear communication and foster strong relationships.
  • Regulatory Approvals: Navigate the approval process for landscape projects, including building permits, conservation guidelines, and other regulatory submissions.
