Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at DOUGORD Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff performs their duties effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel.
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in executing their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents.
  • Oversee light duty and specialized cleaning staff.
