Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surfaces according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Impart a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and extend their lifespan.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dusty and wet environments.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
