Lead Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Biogate Laboratories LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the healthcare department, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare department. This includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of healthcare services, as well as managing budgets and staff.
This is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating performance metrics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services;
- Oversee the coordination of healthcare services, including scheduling, staffing, and supply management;
- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the efficient operation of the healthcare department;
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other support staff;
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, health administration, business);
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate performance metrics;
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
