At Inspiretci, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain food manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components, including motors, drive chains, and conveyor belts.
  • Work on pneumatic equipment, such as air compressors and hydraulic seals, to ensure proper function.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including controls, proximity sensors, and motor starters.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Weld equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the building's HVAC equipment is functioning properly.
  • Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore functionality.
  • Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
  • Intermediate electrical experience and ability.
  • Basic to intermediate welding experience.
  • Basic to intermediate HVAC experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with others.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a manufacturing environment with considerable physical activity required.

Physical Demands:

Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds is occasionally required.
