Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and NAC solutions, to ensure compliance with PCI and Georgian procedures.
- Provide resolutions and final-level support for issues escalated from front-line support, researching solutions, diagnosing problems, and designing/modifying systems as needed.
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot telephony systems, including phone, conferencing, and video services.
- Design networking connectivity and support network operations in the cloud.
- Maintain current specialized knowledge of computer and communication hardware and software.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for staff, students, and colleagues.
- Three-year post-secondary diploma/degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional (Routing and Switching/Enterprise Infrastructure).
- A minimum of five years' IT experience with designing, architecting, and deploying robust, redundant, and high-availability network infrastructure.
- Experience with networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless Access Points.
- Strong understanding of the OSI reference model.
