Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Panago Canmore. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
