About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in the banking industry with the Royal Bank of Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by engaging with clients in the branch and delivering a memorable experience through completing transactions and identifying opportunities for advice and solutions.
  • Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to drive solutions and retain business while cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions.
  • Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems while managing risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls.

Requirements

  • A goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
  • Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working with a home computer, laptop, smartphone, and/or tablet.
  • Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
  • Confidence and ability to learn financial concepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
