Manager of Education Initiatives for The Institute for Performance and Learning
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Education Initiatives to lead our educational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative programs and services that enhance career development across Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of organizational goals, building implementation plans to achieve them, engaging with other senior staff leaders in operational management, taking part in planning, organizing, staffing, and managing processes, practices, and resources, and leading the development and implementation of the Graduate Student Engagement Program.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, ability to develop and manage research projects, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in strategic planning methods and strategy implementation, as well as knowledge of research methods and data gathering techniques, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of organizational goals and build implementation plans to achieve them.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Graduate Student Engagement Program.

Requirements
- Graduate degree with a research component in career development, social sciences (education, psychology, sociology, etc.).
- Ten years' experience in career development or a related field, preferably in a non-profit or research organization.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a significant asset; proficiency in both languages is highly valued.
