Job Title: Accounting Clerk - Financial Data Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at AM PM Properties Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare reports

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Client focus, organized, and reliable
  • MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows skills
