Vineyard Operations Coordinator

The Vineyard Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vineyards. This position involves providing dedicated support to our Temporary Foreign Workers, encompassing housing, medical, and employee relation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee time management, training records, health and safety, medical appointments, and pay records for temporary foreign workers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and well-being of TFW housing, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines, including safety training.
  • Contribute to inventory management for vineyard operations.
  • Collaborate with vineyard laborers on typical vineyard tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
