About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Planner to join our team at 13386171 Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining, updating, and managing health information databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update health information databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze statistical information from private and public health care institutions and organizations to inform program development.
  • Produce high-quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health care programs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness projects or programs, working closely with staff and management.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management, providing guidance and support on wellness-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare administration.
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare planning or management role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
