Job Description

The Family Support Specialist will work under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager to ensure the current developmental, treatment, and psycho-social needs of children, youth, and families are met.

This role involves actively participating in the provision of assessment and treatment services that are consistent with the philosophy, approach, goals, and learning environment established by Anishinabek Employment & Training Services.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide case management and counselling services for children, youth, and families. The specialist will be responsible for the coordination of integrated services delivery from the point of assessment to discharge for all assigned children, youth, and families receiving agency service.
