The Synergistic Caregiver Professional will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. This includes providing hygiene and comfort care, assisting with daily activities, and responding to emergency situations.

• Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on their observations
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
• Proactively assist and support the residents
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse

• Good team player
• Good sense of interpersonal communication
• Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience
• Law 90 training
• Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
• PDSB training

• $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated salary range)

This is a full-time temporary position, working evenings from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and every other weekend. The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
