Job Title: Steel Fabricator - Structural Metal Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator to join our team at Dennerik Engineering Ltd. as a Structural Metal Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and instructions to plan methods and sequences of operation, assembling and fitting plates and sections to form structures, and welding or bolting sections together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret engineering drawings and instructions to plan methods and sequences of operation
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures
  • Weld or bolt sections together
  • Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within worksite

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in steel fabrication
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
