Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • PSW diploma, HSW II/III certificate, or nursing credentials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
