Global Pharma Tek seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master Lead to drive business outcomes and team collaboration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide holistic leadership across business analysis, project outcomes, and a team of business analysts. They will ensure effective collaboration by aligning expertise with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a central point of communication to facilitate seamless collaboration between clients, internal/external stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog based on user needs and prioritization input.
  • Define, manage, and enforce scrum process and methodology.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for business analysis, agile leadership, and team coordination, minimizing communication gaps and promoting effective project outcomes.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on project delivery methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, software design, development, integration, database concepts, user interface design principles, change management, quality assurance, risk management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to prepare documentation, including reports, reviews, and assessments.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible work arrangements, and a collaborative work environment.
