Terms of Employment

- Review and evaluate commercial development proposals.
- Implement online marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and website promotions.
- Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell sites.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- E nsure compliance with relevant business licenses and regulations.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
Supervision
The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 team members.
Experience and Specialization
Required skills include computer and technology knowledge, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and database management experience.
Additional Information
Candidates must undergo a criminal record check and possess excellent attention to detail, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
