Terms of Employment

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible hours to be determined.

Responsibilities:

  2. Perform administrative tasks to support business operations.
  3. Lead the planning and implementation of venture capital sourcing initiatives.
  4. Recruit and hire qualified staff members.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze consumer buying habits and preferences.
  6. Compare marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  7. Conduct analytical studies on marketing trends and consumer behavior.
  8. Assess development potential and future trends in local, regional, or international areas.
  9. Review and evaluate commercial development proposals.
  10. Implement online marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  11. Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell sites.
  12. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  13. E nsure compliance with relevant business licenses and regulations.
  14. Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
  15. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans.

Supervision

The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 team members.

Experience and Specialization

Required skills include computer and technology knowledge, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and database management experience.
