About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 1011412 BC Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Take patients' vital signs, administer first aid as needed, and provide general medical support.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain patients' rooms and common areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients between care facilities and within the facility.
  • Documentation: Accurately record patient information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
