We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

• Assess and plan resident needs, delivering skilled procedures and medication administration in accordance with quality management, legislative requirements, and Sienna Senior Living standards.
• Collaborate with residents and their substitute decision makers to understand their needs, preferences, and health status.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care, goals of care with residents and their substitute decision makers.
• Provide supervision, assistance, and oversight to nursing team members, ensuring delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Act as a role model for nursing team members, participating in conferences with the interdisciplinary team and providing education and training as required.

• Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse or the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Knowledgeable with nursing process, developments, and current trends in the geriatric care field.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Demonstrated administrative and computer skills with experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
