In this role, you'll be responsible for providing customers with friendly and professional service, preparing baking products for customer purchases, and actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement. You'll focus on providing customer service to meet customer needs, performing bakery administration, preparing baked items for customer purchase, maintaining bakery production area, providing bakery training to new staff, and adhering to and implementing all applicable company standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a basic level of bakery knowledge, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma, and a minimum of three months of experience. We require our teammates to have the ability to adhere to a hybrid work model that requires your presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week.

This includes a competitive salary, which we estimate to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your location, work experience, and skills.
