Job Description
The Assistant Store Leader Trainee will assist the Store Leader in overseeing daily store operations, providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all store employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and promoting our loyalty program.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of Retail Management experience. A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment is also required.
